Why you can trust us to take care of all your needs

We feel that everyone deserves to come on our tours, so we can tailor make packages to whatever your requirements may be.

Firstly, have your mind at rest as we will ensure flights that are booked have the correct access, from the moment you arrive at the terminal to getting into your transfer at your destination. Trust that extensive research of both grounds and hotel infrastructure has been conducted before the tour takes place and that our unrivaled destination knowledge means that not only will your choice of grounds and accommodation be enviably located but also accessible for all needs. We’ll also make sure your off-field excursions take in the must-see highlights as well as the best-kept secrets. This is personalised touring at its best.

Secondly, the hotels we use will aim to have lowered baths, roll in showers, hoists and grab handles. The bedrooms will offer twin beds, double beds or two doubles. We may be able to offer interconnecting rooms if required. Adapted rooms will be guaranteed upon confirmation of booking. Hotels will have adequate corridor width, space and ability to provide any additional mobility aids.

Detailed information of all disabled seating in the grounds with pictures/videos will be provided. So we’ll make sure you have one of the best views of the action out in the middle! The companion on tour with you will usually go free into the stadium. We will provide adequate transfers depending on your  needs and tailor made packages will ensure every fine detail will be suited to your  requirements. We only offer what we know you will receive, so please be rest assured that we will take care of all accessibility arrangements.

We take time to listen and understand your needs, to meet them down to every fine detail.

In general, we  would recommend certain locations such as Australia and South Africa as they cater far better for people requiring accessibility, rather than destinations such as India.

Deaf or hearing impairment travellers

Firstly, rest assured that every detail of your tour is confirmed in writing with price, dates, bookings and travel arrangements.

All of our staff – both in the UK and on tour – are Deaf Awareness trained and will support you on the journey and ensure all your questions are answered. We will advise your chosen airline of your needs in advance. If you have a hearing dog, they will generally be allowed to travel in the plane with you. Please let us know if you would like us to organise that. Remember that your dog should have its own passport and vaccinations.

Secondly, the hotels we use will aim to have provision for Deaf and Hearing-Impaired travellers. The bedrooms will offer alternative smoke alarms, subtitled television and we will let hotel staff know you will not hear a telephone or anyone knocking on your door.

At the grounds, we will ensure that all important communications are passed on to you and our team will carry a notebook and pen as a back up in case they are unable to be understood.

We take time to listen and understand your needs, to meet them down to every fine detail.
