Essentially, we will include flights, accommodation and the all-important match tickets in your ICT package. Of course, there are often other aspects of the trip that we will include such as match day transfers and access to exclusive functions but these will only be included where appropriate to ensure you have the best experience possible.
Please always check the included/excluded section of each tour/package for specific items related to that trip.
Match tickets for the cricket are guaranteed either included in your initial package or with the option to add at a later date if not available at the time we sell the packages. We will always opt for the best seats possible or if there is an option on different categories we will let you know.
We try to be as flexible as possible with our packages so if you want to only experience a section of the tour or add some days sightseeing then we will do our best to accommodate your ideal trip. On occasion we do have some restrictions imposed on us by official providers but in most instances, we will be able to tailor your package to suit.
We have many years of experience in operating these tours and in most cases we have first hand experience of the cricket ground and their locations so we know when you need transport and when you do not. Suffice to say this is an aspect of the tour we cover if required.
During the cricket you will be part of a group. Transfers are normally on a group basis and tickets are normally in a seating block. Outside of the cricket you are free to join up with the group or do your own thing if you prefer.
Our tickets are purchased with a view to sell as part of our tour packages. We are not set up to sell match tickets only. Often we are not permitted to sell match tickets only by the official providers.
We can upgrade your flight is seats are available at the time of request. If you wish to purchase your own flights then we can adjust the package price without the flights. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept ‘Air Miles’ as payment or part-payment.
During the cricket portion of your trip we will always endeavour to have a tour manager present.
