How much will it cost to go on tour to the Ashes in 2025-26?

This can vary a lot depending on whether you wish to attend one Test match or all five. There are a lot of variables with flights, accommodation, transport and match tickets, all of varying levels. Until we have all the relevant details, we will not be able to provide an estimated cost for this Ashes.

Can I buy tickets from ICT without travel packages?

We are not able to sell tickets only due to restrictions imposed by Cricket Australia. At a minimum it will be a ticket and accommodation package for the full duration of each Test match. This is will be six nights accommodation with a five-day match ticket.

Where will the tickets be located in the stadiums?

We hope to offer a range of ticket categories. However, we do recommend securing the higher category tickets to ensure you have a good view of the match with some shade. We are not able to guarantee a seat in the shade but the higher the cateogry of ticket then the more likely your seat will have some shade.

Can I attend just one or two days of an Ashes Test match?

We do not expect Cricket Australia to sell individual day tickets through the tour operator programme. Due to this ICT will not be selling individual days for the Test matches.

Are your packages flexible?

Yes, we can tailor packages as much as you require outside of the Test match dates. However, please bear in mind there will be a six-night minimum stay for the duration of the Test match dates imposed by Cricket Australia.

What standard of accommodation are you offering?

We are offering a range of hotels. From three-star to luxury five-star. Although we will have a limited selection of hotels on our advertised packages there will be other options available on a request basis. The hotels we offer will be carefully selected based on location and their proximity to the cricket stadiums.

Do I need a visa for Australia?

UK passport holders require an Australia ETA (Electronic Travel Authority) prior to travel. This can be completed online, links to the relevant website will be provided for those travelling with ICT closer to the time of departure.

Can I book excursions and/or day tours as part of my package?

We have a few recommended optional excursions for you to consider. If there is a particular tour or excursion you wish to include then let us know and we’ll do our best to book this for you.

Do I have to book flights with ICT?

No, you can book your own flights if you prefer. However, if you are doing more than one Test match you will probably require domestic flights. Please note that booking international and domestic flights on one ticket is generally more cost effective than booking separately.

Is my package ATOL protected?

Yes, if you are UK based and you booked a package through ICT with any flight included then your holiday will be ATOL protected.
