Once booking is complete your hotel rooms will be reserved and your card charged within 24 hours, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. In the very unlikely event that the rooms you have requested are not available we will contact you to offer alternative accommodation at no extra charge or to amend or cancel your booking.

What happens after I place my order?
You’ll receive an email once your booking is fully confirmed. If you opt to pay an initial online deposit, although we will send out reminders nearer the time it is your responsibility to ensure that you transfer the full remaining balance to us by BACS by the date specified. Please use the order number specified on the receipt as payment reference. If we don’t receive your balance by this time your reservation, including cricket tickets, may be cancelled and your deposit not returned.

Cricket tickets and souvenir programmes are made available in Australia approximately 72 hours before the game from a designated collection point which we will advise you of. Free commemorative polo shirts, if you requested them, will be sent out in the UK approximately 28 days prior to your departure. You can purchase additional polo shirts or alternative sizes not available online by calling us.

If flights are not included in your package, you should aim to book them promptly as demand is likely to be high.
